Albums of the Quarter #2
Albums of the Quarter is back for another edition.
These last 3 months, I have been listening to more electronic / pop / alternative music. I think the summer vibes from Calgary gave me some new perspectives on my music consumption. It was a great summer.

First, I have 2 jazz albums on repeat whenever I pick up a book to read: The Eddie Higgins Trio has been my companion during these times.
Then, we have the alternative / pop: Dayglow, Billie, 21 Pilots, Charli. These are all very recent releases, and I have been really enjoying the variety, and the genre bending they do with their songs.
To work, I’ve been jamming some electronic music a lot. Justice’s Woman, or “Audio, Video, Disco.” have been great companions, paired with Moby’s Play, 18, and Hotel. Blur is not exactly electronic music, but it’s close to Moby’s style. Betamaxx, and FM Attack are more video-game-like, if that makes any sense. I love it.
