Great example of support automation by @mds

This little Zap brings me so much joy to watch run.

Students in Shift Nudge will often ask to Edit homework files instead of Duplicate them.

So I setup an automation that helps them out without needing to respond each time.

  1. Setup a Gmail filter to easily separate Figma edit requests
  2. Trigger a Zap based on those emails
  3. Make sure the format matches using a regular expression (thanks chatgpt)
  4. Send them a HelpScout message with instructions.
